Question: Are these shoes CSA, ATSM or OSHA approved?
Answer: At the moment our shoes have not undergone any standard foot protection standard. This is currently in the works.

Question: Are these shoes waterproof?
Answer: The flymesh design of these shoes allow sweat and moisture to escape. It's perfect for warm environments. The trade-off is that if you are in a wet environment then water will be able to enter the shoes.

Question: Are you guys affiliated with Indestructible Shoes?
Answer: Please know have no affiliation with Indestructible Shoes. They are their own company. However we do sell shoes that are similar.

Question: How long is the shipping time?
Answer: 
Our usual shipping time is 7 to 14 business days but due to current events shipping times may take up to 4 weeks.

Question: Can I cancel my order after I've made a purchase?
Answer: Yes. However once an order is shipped then it cannot be cancelled. Once you receive your order in the mail and you still want to cancel and receive a refund then please contact us.

Question: How do I return or exchange an item?
Answer: Our return policy is for 30 days. It starts the moment you receive your order in the mail. We accept any returns that are undamaged and unused.

We're confident our premium shoes will meet or exceed your expectations. However if you'd like to make a return please contact our support team at support@hardcoreshoes.com. We will respond within 24 hours to assist you.

Question: What types of Payment do you accept?
Answer: We accept Paypal, Visa, Mastercard, and American Express payments.

Question: What if the item I ordered arrives broken or damaged?
Answer: If your order arrives to your residence and it is damaged then please immediately take photos of the damage and send it to us at support@hardcoreshoes.com. We will asses the damage and may provide an exchange or refund.

Question: Where do you ship from?
Answer: Primarily we ship out from fulfillment centers in the United States, Eastern Asia and Western Europe. If the item you've purchased is out of inventory in your nearest location we'll send it directly from our production lines at the same delivery times as stated in our shipping section.
