Our Cryo Massage Ball can be used as is with its case to provide a pleasurable massage. However to take full advantage of its Cryotherapy capabilities to reduce pain and inflammation please follow these steps (or watch video further down the page):
Step 1: Remove Cryo Massage ball from its case by loosening the red wraparound ring. Place ball into freezer for 2 hours.
Step 2:Remove ball from freezer and gently roll onto inflamed plantar fasciitis and feel the pain melt away. The Cryo Massage Ball stays cold for up to 6 hours! (WARNING: DO NOT APPLY TO WET SKIN)
Step 3: When ball comes back to room temperature place it on the ground. Place foot on top and gently knead it to loosen up plantar fasciitis.
